Following consultation with all the parents it has been decided that as from September the times and days that playgroup runs are to change slightly. Instead of running for two full days and two mornings the same number of sessions will be offered but over three full days instead. The Thursday morning session will be dropped and will be replaced by Monday afternoons so the sessions will be as follows:
Mondays: 9am-3pm
Tuesdays: 9am-3pm
Fridays: 9am-3pm
It will still be possible for a child to only attend for a half day (morning or afternoon) on any of these days, but it will mean that full days will always be an option as well. This seems to fit the needs of most parents better than the current set-up.
Also, we’re about to roll out a bit of a marketing campaign. We’ve designed some posters and postcards which are just off to the printers, so once they’re back we’ll be distributing them in as many local venues as possible. If you know of somewhere local that might be willing to display a poster or some postcards that we may not have thought of then please do get in touch.
